The purpose of the Website is the presentation, promotion, and sale of the homes within the Infinity Nord residential project (located in the heart of District 1 — the Străulești area), built by the real estate developer REDPORT MANAGEMENT SRL in association with the businessman Dan Șucu (founder of MOBEXPERT), as well as the conclusion of contracts via the Website with potential Clients/Investors interested in these offers.

WHO WE ARE
REDPORT MANAGEMENT SRL / DOMUS RED UNU SRL (hereinafter, the “Company” or “we”) is a Romanian company with private capital (with the following tax identification details: J40/12526/2021, VAT number RO4420250).
The Infinity Nord residential project is developed by the real estate company REDPORT MANAGEMENT SRL in collaboration with MOBEXPERT, led by businessman Dan Șucu.
Located in the Străulești area, Infinity Nord is situated in the heart of Sector 1, where numerous promising opportunities can be found. With excellent connectivity provided by highways and public transportation, the project attracts those seeking both comfort and accessibility.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Company is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the content of the Website, including, without limitation: articles, text, photographs, illustrations, music, audio and video clips, trademarks, logos, and designs.
Visitors to the Website may access, download, and print the materials published on the Website free of charge, solely for personal use and only for non-commercial purposes. By performing any of these actions, visitors to the Website are not transferred or acknowledged any right or title, nor are they granted any legitimate interest in the materials published on the Website.
No part of the Website content over which the Company holds intellectual property rights may be reproduced, distributed, or published in any form, for any purpose, or by any means, without the prior written consent of REDPORT MANAGEMENT SRL.
Therefore, by simply using the Website, visitors acknowledge and agree not to copy, modify, sell, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, or create works/derivative works based on the information published on the Website.
3. Terms
- Company/Seller – REDPORT MANAGEMENT SRL, having Tax ID (CUI) RO4420250, Trade Registry No. J40/12526/2021, as well as the identification details described in Section 1 above. 1 above.
- Visitor – any natural person or legal entity interested in the Company’s services of construction, investment, development, and real estate project management, and who has access to the content of the Website.
- Clients/Investors – any natural or legal person who has access to and is interested in the construction, investment, development, and real estate project management services promoted by REDPORT MANAGEMENT SRL via the Website or through any means of communication made available by the Company (electronic, telephone, etc.), following direct contacts with its representatives or the completion of contact forms, as a result of which a specific contract has been concluded between the parties for the development of real estate projects.

- Site – the online presentation website hosted at the web address infinity-nord.ro.
- Commercial communications / Newsletter – means any type of message sent (email, phone, mobile push, web push, etc.) that contains general or thematic information, or information regarding the real estate projects developed by the Company, etc.
4. USE OF THE WEBSITE
By using the Website, you agree to: (or, more formally: “you undertake to”)
- Not to make any false or fraudulent request. In the event that we have reasonable grounds to believe you have made such a request, we reserve the right not to respond to it and to duly notify the competent authorities.
- To provide us with your first and last name, an email address, and/or other correct and accurate contact details. If you do not provide all the information we need, we may be unable to respond to your request.

The mere use of the Website and/or the submission of a request via the contact forms, the request-a-quote forms, etc. and the response to such requests does not in any way bind the Company toward the visitor/potential Client/Investor, nor does it constitute the conclusion of a contract between the Company and the visitor/potential Client/Investor.
Through the Website, the Company invites the Website’s visitors—i.e., potential Clients/Investors—to contract for the purchase of the homes in the Infinity Nord real estate project.
- By accessing the ‘Home’ and ‘About’ sections, you will find relevant information about the Infinity Nord real estate project (common areas, accessibility to the surrounding areas, innovative architecture).
- By accessing the ‘Location’ section, you will find detailed information on the Infinity Nord project’s exceptional accessibility in terms of education (nearby kindergartens, schools, colleges, universities), shopping (local stores, supermarkets, malls), leisure (parks, museums, sports fields), transport (metro, bus, and tram stations), and medical institutions (hospitals, clinics, medical centers) located near the residential complex.
- By accessing the ‘Apartments’ section, you will find relevant information about the two-, three-, and four-room apartments, as well as Penthouses and Studios, along with their availability within the residential complex.
- By accessing the ‘Advantages’ section, you can find relevant information about the benefits of the homes in the real estate project, in terms of the surrounding landscape and harmonious environment (which inspire grand visions and a unique lifestyle), the remarkable architectural features (adapted to residents’ diverse needs), and the advanced systems for smart home, 24/7 security, provided parking spaces, and premium finishes.
- By accessing the ‘Press’ section, you will find the latest information.
from the media about the Infinity Nord real estate project. - By accessing the ‘Gallery’ section, you will be presented with a photo gallery of the completed apartments and the exterior residential complex within the Infinity Nord real estate project.
The Visitor, i.e., the potential Client/Investor, will contact the Company (by completing the Contact / Request an Offer Form, etc., or by using any of the contact details published on the Website and set out in sec. …). (Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions) for the purpose of negotiations and the conclusion of a real estate services agreement, to that end.
In that contract, all essential elements required by law for its conclusion will be set out, as well as the specific terms, for example: the Parties’ rights and obligations, the price of the contracted offers/services, warranties, liability, etc.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company assumes no liability for any damages that the Website Visitor, potential Client/Investor, or any other third party may suffer as a result of using the Website in any manner or for any purpose, or as a result of the Company’s proper performance of any of its legal and/or contractual obligations.
The Visitor shall use the services provided through the Website entirely at their own risk. The Visitor is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information transferred/received via the Website and for processing it in accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data.
6. OUR RIGHT TO MODIFY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The use of the Website, as well as the conclusion, performance, and termination of contracts concluded with the Company through the Website, shall be governed by Romanian law.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the conclusion, performance, and termination of these contracts shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, shall be resolved by the competent Romanian courts of law.
8. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data by the Company is carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the ‘General Data Protection Regulation’/‘GDPR’), as well as the relevant national legislation on personal data protection.
