REDPORT MANAGEMENT SRL/DOMUS RED UNU SRL (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “We”) is a privately-owned local company (with the following fiscal identification details: J40/12526/2021, VAT number RO4420250).
The Infinity Nord residential project is developed by the real estate company REDPORT MANAGEMENT SRL in collaboration with MOBEXPERT, led by businessman Dan Șucu.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
REDPORT MANAGEMENT SRL/DOMUS RED UNU SRL, in its capacity as Controller, processes the personal data of data subjects (employees, clients – individuals and legal entities, contractual partners/collaborators, service providers), as well as the data of other individuals who interact with the Company and/or are engaged in contractual relationships with it.
Personal data includes:
- processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject;
- collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
- adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
- accurate and kept up to date in a timely manner;
- kept in a form which permits the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed;
- processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage, by implementing appropriate technical or organizational measures.
3. WHAT TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES?
When filling out and submitting the Contact/Offer Request form (for a direct consultation with the sales representatives, to check the availability of apartments in the project phases) on the Company’s website www.infinity-nord.ro (the “Contact” section or the “Request an Offer” button on the main page), we process the following personal data: name, surname, email address, phone number, as well as any other data voluntarily provided by the data subject in the “Message” field.

In this case, we only process your email address and ensure that you always have a simple option to unsubscribe at any time, thereby withdrawing your consent to receive these types of communications.
4. WHAT ARE THE LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- the conclusion and performance of various contracts;
- for complying with the legal obligations that apply to us;
- on the basis of consent requested and/or previously provided (for sending marketing communications, newsletters, etc.);

5. FOR HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The personal data of the data subject is stored and processed throughout the duration of our collaboration/contractual relationship and, implicitly, after its termination, for at least the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy or for the period required by applicable legal provisions, including but not limited to those related to data archiving, accounting, etc.
6. TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA?
We will not disclose or transfer any of the personal data collected from or about you to any third party, except in the following cases:
- Public authorities and public institutions – when there is a legal obligation to do so or for a legitimate interest (defense of the Society’s rights in contentious or non-contentious proceedings, etc.)
- The Company’s contractual partners/collaborators who provide us with IT services such as web hosting, website development, website maintenance, online marketing, and marketing communication, or other companies with which the Company may develop joint programs to present its services on the market (e.g., the Company’s partners, payment/banking service providers, market research providers, insurance companies, or other companies with which we may develop joint programs to offer our services on the market, etc.);

In the event that the personal data processed by the Company is transferred, either directly or through its contractual partners/collaborators, outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that such transfers take place in compliance with the GDPR (in particular Article 46 of the GDPR), with the applicable legal provisions in the field, on the basis of appropriate safeguards (such as the standard data protection clauses adopted by the Commission), and provided that enforceable rights and effective remedies are available to the data subjects.
7. CE MĂSURI DE PROTECȚIE ȘI GARANȚII LUĂM?
The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a high level of security and protection of personal data.
Utilizăm metode şi tehnologii de securitate, împreună cu politici şi proceduri interne de lucru, inclusiv de control şi audit, pentru a proteja datele cu caracter personal colectate conform prevederilor legale în vigoare relevante în materia protecției datelor cu caracter personal.
8. CARE SUNT DREPTURILE DVS. ÎN CALITATE DE PERSOANĂ VIZATĂ?
Orice persoană vizată își poate exercita următoarele drepturi, așa cum sunt prevăzute de către Regulamentul general privind protecția datelor:
- Dreptul de acces;
- Dreptul de rectificare;
- Dreptul la ștergere;
- Dreptul la restricționarea prelucrării;
- Dreptul la portabilitate;
- Dreptul la opoziție a prelucrării;
- Dreptul de a nu face obiectul unei decizii bazate exclusiv pe prelucrarea automată, inclusiv crearea de profiluri;
- Dreptul de a se adresa Autorității Naţionale de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (dataprotection.ro) și instanțelor de judecată.
